Always remember to brush your teeth twice a day. This way you’ll get healthy gums, sparkling teeth and fresh breath.
Eat 5 portions of fruit and veg (even if you don’t like them!)
You should also be eating:
Oranges to get vitamin c which you need for healthy skin.
Potatoes to provide energy through carbohydrates.
Milk for calcium, this helps keep your teeth and bones strong.
Never skip your breakfast, you need the energy for the rest of the day and it helps you to concentrate better in class!
