Today Y3 braved the cold and had a fantastic day at @tatton_park and put all of our learning on The Stone Age to the Iron Age to work. Rec have been learning about bees. We played a game with ‘pollen’ stickers to show how bees help to pollinate flowers & then visited our wildflower meadow for some bee-spotting! On Wednesday, Y5 were fortunate enough to have a Science session with Mr Peake and the @CrodaSTEM team. They investigated different ways of making foam, making sure they only changed one variable to keep the test fair. What an amazing day! Year 2 spent the day @CatalystSDC they explored colouring fabrics using tie dye and screen printing.
